- SURGIMEDIC was established in 2009 with sole motive of manufacturing high class surgical sutures. The unit is located at 10th of Ramadan industrial zone which is the largest industrial zone in Egypt, and is considered to be the highest labor intensive area in the country. It is strategically located only 45 km away from the capital which makes it conductive to labor mobility, in addition to its proximity to the expanding infrastructure base of roads, free-way networks, railways, airports and ports that provide an effective distribution platform.
- The company has implemented quality assurance norms with standard procedure as per GMP and ISO standards. Also, all of our surgical sutures and surgical hernia meshes are marked CE.
- SURGIMEDIC has an ultra-modern centrally air condition production and assembly clean room (class 10,000). The unit is looked after by fully committed, well trained and technically competent personnel. Highly qualified, experienced and motivated management provides guidance and support to the production team working in different activates to produce quality surgical sutures and surgical meshes.
- We use a highly advanced and fully automated Ethylene Oxide gas sterilizer that delivers precise moisture levels for effective sterilization, and utilizes minimum quantity of ethylene oxide gas that was easy to recover at the end of the cycle.
SURGIMEDIC has in-house quality assurance, quality control and testing laboratory to inspect at different stage in production cycle beginning with raw material to final product.
The key ingredients for producing high quality and functional surgical sutures require the use of quality raw materials, sophisticated production techniques, backed by R&D driven designing. SURGIMEDIC has in-house highly equipped R & D section which helps to improve the quality standards of our surgical sutures constantly and to add new innovative surgical sutures range as well.
SURGIMEDIC is extremely critical about offering only quality surgical sutures. But what would be the point if high quality came at high prices.
