Absorption

The hydrolytic action by which the material is broken down results in total absorption in approximately 180 to 210 days.
The material retains approximately 70% of its initial tensile strength at the end of fourth week.
Approximately 50% of tensile strength remain after six weeks.

Contraindication
Cardiovascular surgery, neurosurgery and prosthetic devices.

SURCARPONE is available with needles in one dozen boxes.
